In the late 1980’s, two bachelor farmers, brothers in their eighties, are brutally killed in their farmhouse. Martin Prescott, a mailman on his rural route and new to the area, happens upon their bodies. Martin has some doubts about Sheriff Trout’s solution to the murders.
